Terms and conditions

Ownership and Copyright of the Artwork

Ownership of the artwork consists only of the physical item.  All artwork is copyrighted and the copyright is held by the Artist or designated heirs.  Artwork may NOT be reproduced in any manner for any reason without the express written permission of the artist.

Payment

All payment is due upon receipt.  If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the Buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased.  No items will be shipped without payment.

Shipping

The Seller offers FREE SHIPPING to the continental US.  Other shipping costs will be calculated on a case by case basis depending upon the ship-to location, the size and weight of the item to be shipped.  The Seller does not pay for any duties or taxes if shipping to a country outside of the US.  If an item is lost during shipping, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the total cost of the item including shipping.

Refund and Return Policy

Items may be returned on a case-by-case basis.  Every care has been made to depict artwork and conditions as accurately as possible.  A written explaination will be needed from the Buyer if a refund is to be considered. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled until payment has been processed.  Once a payment has been processed, the pruchase cannot be cancelled.

Legalities

The Seller is not responsible for any health and safety concerns once the Buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred by the Buyer, the Seller shares no responsibilities or obligations.
