Alone

Description

This was the first painting in this series.  A middle-aged man is finishing lunch at th fast food emporium. There are no other diners. The sign behind him encourages him to “JOIN” the team.  In the middle of our pandemic, it reminds me of Hopper’s Nighthawks. Here you see bold colors and bold strokes. Although you may also notice that the grey strokes have many colors, the painting is a strong statement.
