My granddaughter was visiting one day and I asked her what she wanted for lunch. “Broccoli, steamed with a little lemon.” Really! The kid eats vegetables like Bugs Bunny. Here you see a BP&J on whole wheat, folded over. Chips. Pea pods, and fresh cherries. She, of course, ate the broccoli first. And she was only seven at the time.
I love the bright colors and the dappled sunlight on the plate. The square shape with the deep canvas and painted sides means you don’t really need a frame. Just hang it on the wall.
